Quadrant Homes is the first
homebuilder in the Puget Sound area to build 100% Energy Star®-quaified homes. This step in home energy conservation means that a Quadrant Home will be 15% more energy efficient than a home that has been built to only meet the state code. Now a Quadrant home will be even more comfortable, durable and cost effective to own. Through material choices and design innovations, Energy Star® translates into reduced greenhouse emissions into the atmosphere and significantly reduced monthly utility bills.*
Conservation
A unique component 
to Quadrant Homes' Living Sound program is our ability to balance the production of affordable new homes with a conservation effort that is unmatched in our region. Our commitment to the preservation and management of natural environments includes partnerships with various land conservancy groups whose mission is to protect and steward our region's most precious resource—land.
Every new Quadrant homebuyer has the opportunity to help our efforts by joining one of these conservancy groups—at no cost to them. Our goal is not only to be a conservation partner ourselves, but to also raise that effort and awareness for each new Quadrant homebuyer
