We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for each of our employees, contractors and our customers. Safety is a huge component of our company culture, and we're the only residential homebuilder in the country to receive STAR status from the VPP and the Washington State department of Labor and Industry.

Our centralized building process is unique in the industry. We have crafted a 54-point building process that creates predictability and consistency, allowing our superintendents to place their focus solely on quality rather than on scheduling. Each home is inspected every single day during construction (yes, every day), with each inspection reported to a centralized command center that monitors progress.

The benefit of being the state’s largest builder is that we are afforded the luxury of working with vendor partners who are the best in the business. Many of them have been building homes with us for well over a decade. Their level of expertise in their field is unquestionable. All of this amounts to a home that is not only one-of-a-kind for each and every customer, but built to the highest building standards, often above even what building code requires.
