Quadrant Homes has put together an unprecedented set of powerful tools to help today’s homebuyer maximize their financial position and take advantage of the best buyers market in decades.

Quadrant Homes announces its innovative 3-year lease guarantee program, allowing qualified homebuyers to buy now and sell later.

Quadrant Assurance Advantage

The Quadrant Assurance package includes FOUR distinct programs.

Smart Move Advantage
Under the terms of this program, qualified homebuyers who purchase a new Quadrant home receive guaranteed rent for three years. Whether there is a tenant or not, or in case the tenant doesn’t pay, homebuyers receive their rent no matter what. And everything is taken care of -- from advertising the property as a rental to screening potential tenants to maintaining the property. Even gas and electric bills are covered. Conditions do apply for Smart Move Advantage. In most cases, buyers must qualify for both mortgage payments.

Must use Quadrant Home Loans to be eligible.

Credit Solutions
Mortgage rates are at a historic low. However, eligibility for a mortgage and the specific loan type and terms of that mortgage are determined by a person’s loan credit history. Quadrant Homes offers potential homebuyers a free personal credit analysis and consultation. In just a few minutes, Quadrant’s home buying credit consultants can help potential homebuyers discover their purchasing power, how much house they can afford and determine what the monthly payment on that house would be.

Mortgage Assurance
Quadrant Homes offers every qualified buyer a 12-month insurance plan upon closing. Should the homebuyer involuntarily lose their job during that time period, Quadrant Homes will cover up to six months of payments (up to $2,000 or $2,500 depending on the Quadrant community) will be provided. These payments include principal, interest, taxes and insurance paid directly to the lender.

The Quadrant Built Your Way Promise
If a homeowner isn’t completely satisfied with their home on completion, or if it was not built to their order, they don’t have to buy it, period.
