In fact, we're the first Washington residential home builder to receive STAR status from the Voluntary Protection Plan and the Washington State Department of Labor and Industry.

Energy Smart

A total of 22% of the energy consumed in the U.S. occurs at home. How we live in and operate our homes impacts the energy used by our country. At Quadrant, we incorporate energy-saving strategies all the way through the construction process--with innovative home-building techniques, and efficient appliances and lighting. We also seek to educate our homeowners so they can get the most out of their home. Building high performance, energy efficient homes is our standard practice, benefitting our homeowners' wallets.
