Receive 100% of your 3% sales office commission paid in advance of closing! Commission is paid on the total cost of the home, including upgrades at Quadrant’s Design Studio. Of course there are some common-sense conditions:
General Requirements & Eligibility: Effective 2/8/10. Good on pre-sales only and not applicable for sales with payment plan attached or "$500 Moves You In." All contingencies must be waived including, but not limited to any home sale or financing contingency. Full Earnest Money and Construction Deposit received by Seller after completion of your buyer's selections at the New Home Showroom. Receipt of a Commission Disbursement Addendum required. Commission will be paid at the time of release for construction if applicable. All remaining commissions will be paid by escrow at closing.
