The story of our communities, from house to home
The home buying experience is intense. People research builders and construction processes and neighborhoods. But then a funny thing tends to happen. They settle in, start living life, and the builder’s presence fades as the house becomes a home. It’s pretty normal. Not with us. We want to be a part of our buyers' lives and a presence in their neighborhood community. And we are. For the last 40 years we have been building some of Washington’s most vibrant communities.
Our homeowners' associations are key parts of our communities, there for years to come. And we don’t fill every possible area of our communities with buildings – instead, we build parks, walking trails and open spaces. We make sure there’s room to breathe and space to build community. The saying is “good fences make good neighbors,” but we also believe neighborhood parks and open spaces within our communities build good friends and memories. There is a difference.
