Snoqualmie Ridge Cottages

Welcome to the first step of buying a home in Snoqualmie Ridge! This summer, Quadrant Homes will offer 44 2- and 3-bedroom, cottage-style homes available only to households that meet certain income guidelines.

These homes are projected to cost $178,957 for the Cottage 1150 and 1080 and $200,398 for the Cottage 1440 and 1360.

The yearly income eligibility is as follows:

• 1 person household - $43,600
• 2 person household - $49,850
• 3 person household - $56,100
• 4 person household - $62,300

Income will be verified from 2006 tax documents and current paycheck stubs (additional documentation may be required to verify the accuracy of the statements made in the application to determine eligibility).

Owner occupancy will be required.

The floor plans available are:

• Cottage 1440 - 2-3 bedrooms, 1 bath, approx. 1,400 square feet
• Cottage 1360 - 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, approx. 1,364 square feet
• Cottage 1150 - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, approx. 1,149 square feet
• Cottage 1080 - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, approx. 1,080 square feet

In order to begin the process of purchasing one of these homes, download the Snoqualmie Ridge Cottages application form. Print the forms and complete them using your 2006 tax information. You can compare your adjusted household income to the data listed above to make sure you meet the guidelines. By submitting your application you authorize Quadrant to make all inquiries and to obtain such information as Quadrant deems necessary to verify the accuracy of the statements made in the application to determine eligibility.
