Always Safe - Two short words, but together they completely express Quadrant Homes' safety policies. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for each of our employees, contractors and our customers. Our concern for safety extends throughout our operations. We are supported and encouraged in this effort by Weyerhaeuser, which places a great importance on safety. Quadrant Safety TipHomeowners insurance provides financial protection against disasters. A standard policy insures the home itself and the things you keep in it. Homeowners insurance is a package policy. This means that it covers both damage to your property and your liability or legal responsibility for any injuries and property damage you or members of your family cause to other people. Damage caused by most disasters is covered but there are exceptions. The most significant are damage caused by foods, earthquakes and poor maintenance. You must buy two separate policies for food and earthquake coverage. Maintenance-related problems are the homeowners' responsibility. It's a good idea to meet annually with your agent to talk about your changing needs and to assess the value of your property—adjusting coverage amounts as needed. Safety signageAlways Safe
Keeping everyone in our communities safe is extrememly important. We prominently post safety signage like this to alert visitors, vendors and homeowners of their responsibilities. 
"Being safe is not an option— Visiting Your Home During ConstructionWhile we are building your home, we have all the responsibility and liability for maintaining a safe work environment. For everyone's benefit, our safety rules are firm. We do not permit unauthorized access to the construction areas, and all houses are considered "under construction" prior to delivery. It is possible to visit your home at times, if you make arrangements ahead of time, and your CSM or superintendent accompanies you. You must, however, observe all safety policies—including wearing a hard hat, protective eye wear and hard toe shoes. We ask that you do not bring children on these visits because of the hazards associated with construction.
