Effective January 2008, the Quadrant Homes' Refer A Friend program is open to all current Quadrant Homes' homeowners and vendor partners. The same name cannot be referred by multiple customers/employees. Referral name must be submitted on Homebuyer's Survey at time of Purchase & Sale Agreement. Referral must be a first-time Quadrant homebuyer. In the event of multiple submissions, the earliest dated submission will be eligible for the reward. Reciprocal referrals will not be accepted.
