The Homeowner Service Department is open Monday–Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. If you need assistance after hours or on a weekend, please leave a message and a representative will get back to you the next business day.
Existing homeowners should submit a service request or question with our Warranty Service Request Form or call toll-free 800-338-8733 from 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday, or 425-455-2900 for after-hours emergencies.
