Quadrant Homes Honors 2008 Top-Selling Real Estate Agents

Quadrant Homes announces its two top-selling real estate agents of 2008. Dawn Smith of Windermere in Tacoma won in the agent-referral category, selling 19 Quadrant homes in 2008. Brandon Johnson of Abbey Realty in Olympia won in the independent-agent category, helping local families purchase eight Quadrant homes over the past calendar year.
The company also launches its new Prepay Commission program. This unique program prepays real estate agents three percent of the sales office commission when they sell a Quadrant home. The first $5,000 is paid upon release to construction of the new home and the remainder paid at close.
