Quadrant Homes respects your relationship with your client. When your client wants to buy one of our new homes, simply let the Community Sales Manager know how involved you wish to be. We can handle the entire sales transaction ourselves or allow you to partner with us to help your client through the process.

Our Sales Managers

At Quadrant, we ask that our Community Sales Managers give every buyer the best presentation possible. This means that we will establish a budget with the buyer and show the most home for the money. This means that your client may see the largest possible home given their budget and that home may not be highly optioned with choices.

We will explain the tradeoff of home size and choices so the total purchase price remains within the parameters of your client's budget. Remember that Quadrant's 10,000 square-foot New Home Showroom not only allows buyers to choose from standard options, but also allows for upgrades.

Our Purchase and Sale Agreement

We are the first builder in the nation to execute our purchase and sale agreements electronically. Powered by DocuSign technology, your customers will be able to sign their paperwork electronically from our sales offices or the comfort of their own home. Because of this process, we use proprietary forms for the purchase and sale agreement. Simply request a copy of the forms from the Community Sales Manager if you wish to review them before your client purchases one of our homes.

Registration Policy

Although we prefer that you accompany your clients to our communities, we do not require first-visit registration, unlike other builders. You can call ahead and inform one of our Community Sales Managers that your clients will be visiting. Your clients can also register for you.
