Have questions about our process? Chances are we've heard them before, so we've compiled all the answers for your convenience.
How do I register my buyers?
-We make it so easy for you to sell our homes. Just tell us they are working with you and we make sure to include you from that point on. Our Community Sales Managers (CSMs) do not receive additional compensation by eliminating outside agents attached to a transaction.
What is the current availability/pricing at each community?
-We encourage you to first visit our community sites which is always current with available floorplans, events, and special financing. If you have specific questions, you can contact the Community Sales Managers (CSM) directly. Visit our community sites for CSMs e-mail addresses and phone numbers.
Can you please send me a copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement?
-Quadrant Homes is the first builder to employ electronic documents and signatures! The Community Sales Manager you're working with will be more than happy to e-mail you the PSA for your review.
What MLS forms do you use?
-We have our own builder contract and addendums that the Community Sales Manager can send to you.
Can I get on a priority list for certain communities?
-
Prior to a new community opening, Homebuyer Solutions manages an interest list until the community opens for sale. Communities forming an interest list are listed on our website. Once a community is open, it is best to contact the site directly.
Can you please send me a packet of information?
-In an ongoing effort to be an eco-friendly company, we post all of our information on our website. It is updated frequently and is the best source of current information.
I am interested in becoming a site agent for Quadrant. Who do I contact?

Where do I find your listings in the MLS?
-Since we are a pre-sale builder we don't have all of our listings posted in the MLS. Each community generally has a few listings with renderings or pictures of homes that can fit on a particular lot. Contacting the community directly is the best way to get for current availability.
I have an investor looking to purchase. Do you sell to investors?
-It is Quadrant Homes' policy to refrain from sales to investors and sell only owner-occupied homes.
Is the price of your homes negotiable?
-
The price of our homes are not negotiable. We consistently provide the best value for your clients. When you run comps you'll find that our cost per square foot is less than any other alternative.
How can I find out about upcoming communities before they open?

Our website will always have upcoming community information and will direct you to Homebuyer Solutions before a community opens. They can be reached online or by calling 1-866-78-HOMES.
Do my clients have to use your preferred lender?

Your clients are not required to use Quadrant Home Loans. We respect the relationships that you have with outside lenders. Each Quadrant community has a Home Mortgage Consultant on site to assist your buyers and, in many cases, have the best loan programs out there. Because our on-site mortgage professionals understand our process and work side-by-side with the Community Sales Manager, you can expect a hassle-free process for you and your client as well as an on-time closing.
