Prepay Commission Program: 3% SOC Prepaid!
Without further commentary we introduce our new Prepaid Commission program. Right now we are offering 100% of your 3% sales office commission paid in advance of closing! Of course there are some common-sense conditions.
For more than 40 years, we have celebrated the value of our Realtor partnerships and we’re looking forward to a bright and successful future for all of us.
General Requirements & Eligibility:
- For us, there are two important parts to the transaction; one, an introduction to a buyer we would have not met otherwise and two, assisting a buyer through the process of buying a new home which can be a very challenging time. We value those contributions and will pay a 3% commission. We will establish that when you or the buyer identify the client/agent relationship on or before their first visit to our site. By registering yourself as their agent or, alternatively, having your client register you as their agent at the time of their first visit.
- In some cases, a buyer will have approached us on their own. However, we recognize they may still want the benefits you can bring to the second phase of a transaction, the process. As a result, for those of you who may be invited to enter into the transaction at the invitation of the buyer after the buyers first visit to the site, we will be happy to pay you the “Process Participation” commission equal to 1.5% of the gross sales price, 100% of which will be paid upon the removal of all contingencies. We will counsel the buyer to establish this relationship prior to the execution of the formal purchase and sale agreement, generally two weeks after their first visit, but no later than the start of the home, or approximately 6-8 weeks after their first visit.
- If you are not involved in or acknowledged by the customer at either, the first visit, nor a participant in the process of the transaction, there will be no commission due or payable.
- We believe this approach recognizes the value you bring to this often challenging process and ensures you are properly compensated in a timely way. For all of our “professional partners” in the Real Estate industry, thank you for your extraordinary support in the past and we look forward to an enormously successful year together.
