Peter Orser, president of Quadrant Homes, was recognized as 2006 Private Sector Economic Development Champion by enterpriseSeattle at the annual Economic Forecast Conference in Seattle on January 17, 2007. Orser received the award in honor of his ongoing efforts to further economic growth in the greater Seattle and Puget Sound area. Orser's long-term commitment to the future development and sustainability of the Seattle community includes serving as commissioner and Chairman of the King County Housing Authority, a board member and Treasurer for the Cascade Land Conservancy, and a board member for the Seattle Chamber of Commerce. He served as President of the King and Snohomish County Master Builders Association in 2004. |
