Be a part of the foundation of sales as an off-site New Home Specialist for Quadrant Homes Homebuyer Solutions team. This base plus commission opportunity will assist in the handling of multiple responsibilities to help drive traffic and referral hand-offs to our onsite Quadrant Homes Community Sales Managers, Quadrant Home Loans Mortgage Consultant and Credit Solutions Team.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat or in person
- Conduct pre-qualifying presentations to determine best possible New Home Quadrant community to refer to. Presentation will include fact-finding, mortgage and credit prequalification and scheduling of appointments with either onsite Community Sales Manager, Quadrant Home Loan Mortgage Consultant, or Credit Solutions.
- Make outbound sales calls to follow-up on 30 day past leads from onsite sales team, as well as, cancelled buyer leads
- Conduct in-person New Home Showroom presentations as necessary.
Qualifications
- Prefer strong phone sales experience, demonstrating a good sales track record.
- Exceptional communication, customer service and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Ability to work 1 weekend day per week and until 8pm on weekdays.
- Real estate license required for employment (however, not for application to position).
- Candidate should have a desire for high commission, be self-driven, polished and professional in demeanor, possess a strong work ethic, and have a passion for success.
