General Information
This is a commission-based sales position with Windermere Soulution Partners Northwest (SPN)/Windermere and reports to SPN Account Manager Bryan Jones. Community Sales Managers solely represent Quadrant Homes at one of their 10+ Puget Sound communities.
Key Functions
- Demonstrate commitment, character, competency, coachability, and competitiveness.
- Consistently employ the "Best Presentation" sales process to qualify prospects, demonstrate features and benefits, overcome objections, create a sense of urgency and close customers on area and community.
- Maintain a customer follow up system, including phone calls, and follow up appointments.
- Position may involve the preparation of sales reports, including data collection from prospects, homeowners and builders site representatives.
- Work closely with Quadrant Homes Loans, and various departments within the Quadrant organization to ensure a smooth sales transaction and to meet the needs and wants of the customer
Requirements
- Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Experience in a corporate selling environment a plus
- Experience in writing contracts a plus
- Real estate license required for employment (however not for application to position).
- Position involves working weekend days and evenings and candidate must be flexible.
