This is a commission base opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the Community Sales Manager. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, world class customer service and determination are key factors for success at Quadrant Homes.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the “Best Presentation” sales process to qualify prospects through budgeting, demonstrate features and benefits, overcome objections, create a sense of urgency and close customers on area and community
  • Maintain a customer follow up system, including phone calls, and follow up appointments.
  • Prepare sales reports, including data collection from prospects, homeowners and builders site representatives.
  • Work closely with Quadrant Homes Loans, and various departments within the Quadrant organization to ensure a smooth sales transaction and to meet the needs and wants of the customer

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in direct sales with a proven track record is required.
  • Prefer new homes sales experience but not required
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service
  • Experience in writing contracts a plus.
  • Work hours include every weekends and evenings.
  • Real estate license required for employment (however not for application to position).
  • Candidate should be polished and professional in demeanor, possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, and a desire for high commission, honesty and integrity
