Quadrant Homes' unique buying process is designed to be a hassle-free experience while providing you with more choices than any other homebuilder.

Step 1 - Mortgage Prequalification

Pre-qualify for a mortgage. This makes home buying faster and easier. This way, you will know your buying power. Step 2 - Choose Your Homesite and Plan

When you visit one of our new home communities, a friendly Community Sales Manager will help you determine your budget and choose a homesite and plan. You will then complete a Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Step 3 - Choices

Visit Quadrant's New Home Showroom and see over 10,000 choices on everything for your new home.

Step 4 - Start Date

After your choices are finalized, our Community Sales Manager and Construction Superintendent will work closely with you until the completion of your new home. After being notified of your construction start date, you and your superintendent will complete a home site orientation. After this is complete, construction officially begins. From this point it's only 54 working days until you can move into your new home!

Step 5 - Framing Walk-Through

When your new home's framing is completed, your Construction Superintendent will review this important milestone with you in person. Here, you will see the quality of construction first hand.

Step 6 - Homeowner Orientation

Your new home is complete! At this point, we'll provide an orientation where you will learn about appliance operation, home maintenance, and have an opportunity to ask questions. Within days, you will sign your escrow documents.

Final Step - It's Your New Home

Congratulations! You are given your keys and officially take possession of your new home. We suggest you bring a camera to record this momentous occasion.
